The New England Association of Parliamentarians was organized on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at a mass meeting organized by Evan Lemoine, PRP. Recognizing the need to form an association of parliamentarians in the New England area and the unique experiences of member-parliamentarians in New England, attendees voted at the meeting to form such an association. We received our charter at the 2013 NAP Biennial Convention.

NEAP promotes effective meeting management through parliamentary procedure. Our annual meeting and workshops are open for members and the public to learn more about parliamentary procedure and network with parliamentarians in the area.
Membership in NEAP is limited to members of the National Association of Parliamentarians®; however, we offer provisional membership for those interested in NEAP but have not joined NAP. Contact us if you’re interested in joining us!
